A Heli event is an air fight you call in yourself. You buy a heli signal with Chimera Coins (CC), throw it, and a patrol helicopter flies straight to you. Shoot it down before it runs out of fuel and you get its crates, plus a CC and skill XP payout.
The normal roaming patrol helicopter is switched off on this server. Every heli you see was called by a player.
At a glance#
| Entry currency | Chimera Coins (CC) |
| Start command | /buyheli <tier>, or open the event panel with /call or /events |
| Tiers | Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite, four Multi Heli tiers, and two wave packs |
| Time limit | 20 to 60 minutes by tier, then it flies away with no refund |
| Cooldown | 30 minutes per tier |
| Limits | 2 active helis per player, 10 on the whole server |
| Rewards | 4 to 10 heli crates per heli, plus CC and skill XP to the caller |
| Teleports | /heli1, /heli2, /heli3, or pick one in the teleport menu (/arena) |
Step 1: buy a signal#
Type /call (or /events) to open the event panel. It lists every heli tier with its current price. Click one to buy it. The CC comes straight out of your balance.
You can also type the command yourself:
| Tier | Command | Cost | Helicopters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easy | /buyheli easy |
500 CC | 1 |
| Medium | /buyheli medium |
1,000 CC | 1 |
| Hard | /buyheli hard |
2,000 CC | 1 |
| Elite | /buyheli elite |
4,000 CC | 1 |
| Multi Heli (Easy) | /buyheli easy_multi |
750 CC | 2 |
| Multi Heli (Medium) | /buyheli medium_multi |
1,500 CC | 2 |
| Multi Heli (Hard) | /buyheli hard_multi |
3,000 CC | 2 |
| Multi Heli (Elite) | /buyheli elite_multi |
6,000 CC | 2 |
| Heli Wave (Normal) | /buyheli wave_normal |
10,000 CC | 12, in 8 calls |
| Heli Wave (Hard) | /buyheli wave_hard |
20,000 CC | 12, in 8 calls |
Typing /buyheli list shows the price list in chat. Typing /buyheli on its own opens the panel.
The /call panel always shows the live price.

Step 2: travel and throw#
A heli arena gives you open ground to fight on. Type /heli1, /heli2 or /heli3, or open the teleport menu with /arena and pick one. The warm-up is 15 seconds; moving more than 1 m or taking damage cancels it. Every teleport rule is on Quality of Life.
Throw the signal outside. It is refunded to your inventory if you throw it:
- in a safe zone,
- within 50 m of certain monuments (chat names the monument). Most large monuments, such as Launch Site, Airfield and the harbors, are allowed.
You cannot call a heli from the Deep Sea. If you travel to the Deep Sea while your heli is up, it leaves.
Step 3: the fight#
- The heli arrives low, about 20 m above the ground, and circles you for up to 10 minutes at a time.
- It follows you. If it drifts more than 100 m away, it comes back to the player who called it, even if it was busy shooting someone else.
- It fires its guns in bursts and makes rocket strafing runs. A strafe can fire up to 12 rockets, most of them napalm, with at least 20 seconds between strafes.
- It spots new targets up to 150 m away and keeps shooting at longer range as the tier goes up.
- It does not target players under water.
- Remote-controlled auto turrets cannot damage called helis.
- Other players can help you shoot it down.
- The kill and a damage report (top 5 players) are posted in global chat.
What changes per tier#
| Tier | Body health | Main rotor | Tail rotor | Bullet damage | Accuracy | Max range | Crates | Leaves after |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Easy | 10,000 | 900 | 500 | 20 | 40% | 300 m | 4 | 20 min |
| Medium | 20,000 | 1,800 | 1,000 | 30 | 60% | 320 m | 6 | 30 min |
| Hard | 30,000 | 2,700 | 1,500 | 40 | 80% | 340 m | 8 | 40 min |
| Elite | 40,000 | 3,600 | 2,000 | 50 | 40% | 360 m | 10 | 60 min |
Bullet speed also rises from 250 to 400. Multi Heli tiers use the same stats as the matching single tier, but send two helicopters at once.
Rockets, strafe timing and flight speed are the same on every tier.
Waves#
A wave pack calls helicopters one step at a time. The next step is called 2 minutes after you destroy the current one.
- Easy
- Medium
- Hard
- Elite
- Multi Heli (Easy): two helis
- Multi Heli (Medium): two helis
- Multi Heli (Hard): two helis
- Multi Heli (Elite): two helis
That is 12 helicopters in total.
Note: Right now the Hard Wave calls exactly the same lineup as the Normal Wave, at double the price.
Rewards#
Payout to the caller. Every heli you called that gets shot down pays you:
| Tier | CC | Skill XP |
|---|---|---|
| Easy | 2,187 | 2,187 |
| Medium | 4,375 | 4,375 |
| Hard | 8,750 | 8,750 |
| Elite | 17,500 | 17,500 |
- Multi Heli pays the same amount per helicopter, so two helis pay double.
- A full wave pays about 98,400 CC and 98,400 skill XP if you shoot down all 12.
- Only the player who called the heli gets the payout, and only if that player damaged it at least once.
- A heli that runs out of time and flies away pays nothing.
- Skill XP goes to your skill level. See Progression.
Crates. Each heli drops 4 to 10 crates when it dies.
- Anyone can loot them, so be quick.
- They burn for about 5 minutes. Put the fire out or wait.
- They float if they land in water.
- They vanish after 30 minutes.
Gibs. The wreck can be mined for metal. It is too hot to harvest for the first 10 minutes.
Crates use the server's heli crate loot: a 40% chance of an enhanced item, and a small chance of the Wrath of the Scientist or Skyfire legendaries. See Loot & Drops.
Time limits and giving up#
- Each heli flies away when its time runs out: 20, 30, 40 or 60 minutes by tier. There is no refund.
- Typing
/hsretiresends away every heli you (or your team) called. There is no refund. /hsreportshows your active helis, their grid and their health.
Cooldowns and limits#
- After you call a tier, you must wait 30 minutes before calling that same tier again. Other tiers are not blocked.
- You can have 2 helis up at a time, and a Multi Heli counts as two. The server allows 10 at once.
Note: If you own a Cooldown Reset Token, type
/resetcdto clear your event cooldowns, including Heli.
Tips#
- Aim for the tail rotor. It has far less health than the body.
- Bring cover. Rocket strafes set the ground on fire, so keep moving between strafes.
- Hit the heli yourself at least once, even if a friend does most of the damage, or you miss the payout.
- Fight in an arena, away from your base. Called helis are allowed to damage player bases.
- Try Easy first. It pays back more CC than it costs, and teaches you the strafe rhythm.
